Fold to Launch Bitcoin Credit Card with Visa and Stripe

Fold announced on 23 September 2025 that it will launch a Bitcoin rewards credit card in partnership with Visa and Stripe . The card will run on the Visa network, with infrastructure provided by Stripe Issuing. Fold stated that customers will be able to earn 2% back in Bitcoin on purchases , with promotions reaching 3.5% . This credit card expands Fold’s existing lineup. The company already offers a Visa debit card that provides Bitcoin rewards. The upcoming credit product signals a move to integrate crypto rewards more deeply into traditional credit infrastructure. The planned launch shows how mainstream payment networks are positioning Bitcoin rewards as a consumer offering, bridging digital assets with traditional finance.
