It has been selected as settlement infrastructure for a dirham backed stablecoin that is set to be regulated by the UAE Central Bank and issued by First Abu Dhabi Bank and partners. ADI Chain is also working with regional institutions to tokenize Abu Dhabi real estate and pilot blockchain based public infrastructure, with the ADI token used for gas, incentives and governance across this institutional Layer 2.
