Empery Digital ( NASDAQ: EMPD ) said on Wednesday that the all-electric power sports company, having recently adopted a bitcoin treasury strategy, acquired an additional 87.62 bitcoins for $10M. Shares were +2.36% during morning trade to $9.99. The company had announced on Monday this week that it acquired 110.00 BTC for $12.6M. The company now holds 4,000.85 BTC, acquired for an aggregate purchase price of ~$470M and an average purchase price of $117,552 per BTC. BTC-USD was trading at $114,194.15 at press time.
