Stablecoin issuer Circle has released its financial report for the third quarter of 2025. The company announced that the circulating supply of USDC has reached $73.7 billion, a 108% increase compared to the same period last year. Net income reached $214 million, a 202% increase. Circle also announced last quarter that it launched its Arc Testnet and is exploring the development of a native Arc network token. This move is part of Circle's strategy to expand its blockchain infrastructure and bring more use cases to the USDC ecosystem.
