As institutional interest in Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins continues to grow rapidly lately, the US bank could not resist this interest. Accordingly, Nasdaq-listed online banking platform SoFi Technologies announced that it has restarted its Bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading service after a two-year hiatus. At this point, SoFi Technologies, which has made a big comeback in cryptocurrencies, said that it has revived cryptocurrency trading and on-chain money transfers. For SoFi, the move marks a major milestone following its November 2023 crypto exit. With this move, SoFi customers will now be able to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin in their accounts. The statement also reported that they will launch a blockchain-based overseas remittance service as well as a lending and staking transaction service.
