GCR (GiganticRebirth), one of the well-known names in the cryptocurrency world and famous for its $20 million transaction regarding the Terra/LUNA crash, is now on the agenda with serious insider trading accusations. According to screenshots purportedly belonging to GCR circulating on social media, GCR allegedly accessed Teeka Tiwari’s token recommendations before those who subscribed to the crypto newsletter Palm Beach Confidential. Similarly, GCR has also allegedly learned about Binance’s new coin listings in the past. The accuracy of these screenshots and claims has not yet been independently verified. For now, these accusations are based on posts and comments from social media users. Palm Beach Confidential was seen as a prestigious resource for crypto investors looking for early insights into “alpha,” or market-advancing early information, especially in 2018. Teeka Tiwari’s potential cryptocurrency advice was shared in this newsletter, which sells for $10,000 annually. Therefore, gaining early access to the symbol of the token to be recommended offered the opportunity to earn hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. According to recent claims on Platform X, GCR may have had access to such advice two years in advance. In one of the leaked screenshots, a Discord user associated with GCR claims to have hacked into the Palm Beach Confidential website via Amazon Web Services and learned the token symbols before the newsletter was sent. The same person also stated that Binance provides early access to new coin listing announcements.
